Shipping Policy

 

When an order is placed by our valuable customer , we are getting the Payment confirmation and within 2-3 working days, the order is dispatched to the provided address through our courier services partner available at that particular pin code. The dedicated team is continuously monitoring the order unless it reaches to the customer as per the delivery schedule.

 

In Case, the Customer raises the request to cancel the order after making the Payment and before the dispatch of shipment, the Re-fund shall be initiated as per the Policy.

All Food Products are Non-Returnable.

Non-Food Products can be returned as per the Policy within 15-days and after the confirmation from QA/QC Department, the re-fund shall be initiated.
